"Kiss it to God," "Let Go and Let God," "Kiss it to the Universe," all of these phrases come with a powerful message: if you stop worrying about something and let it go, sending it outwards the universe will hear you and send you what you need.
But what if you don't know how to ask for what you need? Or you're asking in the wrong way and inviting exactly the opposite of what you need into your life?
It is important to put your true intention out there. Be careful in your wording while praying, meditating or affirming your needs. Send only positive thoughts out surrounding your situation. There is enough 'out there' for all of us. The universe can provide for us but we need to be clear in setting our intentions. If you are looking to overcome infertility - don't even think about sending the word 'infertility' or 'infertile' out to the universe because that is exactly what will come back to you. Instead, send out prayers or requests for fertility, pregnancy, motherhood, balanced cycles, healthy body, etc... In other words, send out what you want, not what you don't want or wish to avoid.
If you send out the negative, then the negative will return to you. However, if you send out positive, fruitful thoughts you will be blessed with abundance.

Charting Your Way to Success!
Charting can be an excellent tool in your box of fertility tricks! Getting to know the ins and outs of your cycle can really give you an edge on when your specific fertility window is.
For as long as I can remember, my cycles have been irregular. Most women with PCOS have long irregular cycles due to anovulation. I had no idea when my fertile window was while we were trying to conceive! It was so frustrating. We were trying every other day. Doing the "baby dance" became a chore and wasn't enjoyable because we were stressed out about it and just became complacent in our sex life. It was all about trying to conceive and not a lot about the romance anymore.
Somewhere along my journey, I came across a book entitled: Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler, MPH. I read it cover to cover in one day and began charting my cycles that same week. I discovered that not only were my cycles long and irregular, but I also wasn't ovulating. So all of our efforts over the past several years were in vain!
I wish I had read this book years sooner - in fact, I wish I had read it when I was a teen! It would have been so helpful to be able to read my body's signs and signals and to know what was going on with my body.
